Mexican town's donkey festival celebrates the hardworking animal

The town of Otumba in central Mexico commemorated May Day on Thursday (May 1) with its annual Donkey Festival, a longstanding tradition paying homage to the diligent animal. Participant Karla Daniela Beltran Flores said the festival "commemorates the work and all the history that donkeys have throughout humanity."
