We are looking for a skilled growth product manager that will spearhead the lifecycle management of our innovative product portfolio, with an emphasis on B2B SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high expertise in managing the whole lifecycle of products and high competence in B2B SAAS platforms.

Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap and lifecycle from strategic planning, to post-launch, performance optimization and value monetization.
+ Create extensive product specifications and effectively communicate the business value for your product initiatives
+ Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to drive product growth.
+ Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify market trends, user needs and product opportunities.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile practices by working closely with the relevant stakeholders to ensure successful product launch.

We are seeking an Ad Operations manager to lead all aspects of our video advertising operations team and activities.
The ideal candidate should have a strong operational mindset - combining technical expertise with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
We’re looking for someone to manage and oversee the entire ad operations lifecycle, while taking a proactive stance in identifying and resolving complex challenges, ensuring efficiency and scalability. You’ll work closely with different departments to streamline workflows and improve efficiency, while acting as a key figure to lead strategic projects and growth opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Integrations Management: Oversee end-to-end integrations Prebid.js, Prebid-server, oRTB, etc.
- Onboarding, mapping and management, including structure, launch, A/B testing, setup, optimization, monitoring and reporting
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize activities and performance, implement new technologies and tools to improve performance and enhance operational efficiency
- Data Analysis: Analyze delivery performance to identify trends and insights, and effectively communicate those findings to relevant stakeholders
- Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, implement best practices and industry standards through the managed integrations
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience in AdOps roles or similar (e.g. Data Analytics, Campaign Management, Programmatic BizDev)
- Experience with integrations to 3rd party platforms (Prebid.js, Prebid-server, oRTB, etc..)
- Strong technical & analytical skills: has the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Ability to address problems with a data-driven approach, resourcefulness and attention to details
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to both work independently and collaborate as appropriate
- Advantage - Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
- Level of English - high
ADVANTAGES
- Previous experience in Display & Video - added bonus
- Experience in the ad tech industry - advantage
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS - a plus
- Experience in planning and defining operational automation processes
- Participated in technical integrations of OpenRTB and/or Prebid protocols
