We are looking for a skilled growth product manager that will spearhead the lifecycle management of our innovative product portfolio, with an emphasis on B2B SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high expertise in managing the whole lifecycle of products and high competence in B2B SAAS platforms.
We are seeking a proactive individual who has exceptional communication skills and a positive approach while effectively owning the product vision and strategy.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap and lifecycle from strategic planning, to post-launch, performance optimization and value monetization.

Ad Operations Manager

We are looking for someone with experience in Adops, to manage, optimize and essentially own the entire ad operations lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and solving complex challenges, ensuring both efficiency and scalability.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with various departments to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency while leading strategic initiatives and driving growth opportunities.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Platform Management: Oversee and optimize platform activities and performance, leveraging new technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Platform Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, implementing best practices and industry standards across managed integrations
- Real time SSP & DSP optimization: Take full ownership of open marketplace activities, ensuring seamless management and continuous performance improvement
- Identify new growth opportunities: Act as the main POC for all global partners, and work together to create and identify new growth strategies
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience in Demand AdOps roles or similar
- Experience with cross optimization on DSPs or SSPs - a must
- Strong knowledge involving cross optimization on DSPs or SSPs - a must (non negotiable)
- Excellent analytical skills: you have the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Problem solving mindset: approach challenges with data-driven, resourceful and detail-oriented methodology to identify and implement effective solutions.
- Identify open roadblocks in a timely manner and work with other teams to resolve this
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Level of English - high
ADDED BONUS
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS - a plus
- Experience in planning and defining operational automation processes
