Basel police block pro-Palestine protesters amid Eurovision contest

Waving Palestinian flags and holding banners, hundreds of protesters marched through the streets of Basel, Switzerland on Saturday (May 17) to denounce the participation of Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest, hosted in an arena across the city.
